Why CivicTrack exists

Too often an elected representative reconstructs years of work in the weeks before an election, from phone photos, WhatsApp threads and paper files. CivicTrack lets the record accumulate continuously instead — so at any point the office can show what it did, where, with what evidence, and what is still outstanding.

What we will never build

CivicTrack is not a campaign targeting tool. There is no voter scoring, no support or opposition tracking, no inference of political preferences and no ethnicity or religion targeting. Contacts are kept for constituency service and consent-managed communication only.

Privacy

Each office is the data controller for the residents it serves; CivicTrack is the processor. Residents' phone numbers and internal notes never appear on public pages, and every export is logged.
